Halverson Hunts

Halverson Hunts is located on a working farm/ranch just south of Kennebec in south-central South Dakota. This area is second to none for production of ringneck pheasants. Your hunt takes place on more than 6,000 acres and the fields consist of corn, milo, sunflowers, CRP grass with food plots, cattail sloughs, grass waterways and shelterbelts. We manage the crop rotations in a way which will be of the most benefit to our wildlife. During more than two decades in this business, we have learned a tremendous amount about habitat.
