Wylie Park/Storybook Land/Land of Oz

Wylie Park in Aberdeen provides numerous recreational opportunities for all ages. The park features camping, picnicking, playground areas, sand volleyball, softball, horseshoe courts, miles of trails, a swimming beach, miniature golf, go-karts, bumper boats, bike and skate rentals, wildlife exhibits, the Storybook Land Express Train, a train depot museum, and more. While visiting Wylie Park, follow the yellow brick road to Storybook Land & the Land of Oz. For a small fee, ride the train, roller coaster, carousel and balloon rides during the summer months (late May through early September). Wylie Park is open year-round and Storybook Land is open April 15 to October 15. Storybook Land and the Land of Oz rides, concessions and gift shop are open 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
