The Big Mick

The Big Mick invites you to experience the beauty of South Dakota's Black Hills from the back of your mountain bike. The Century+ Ride is the entire length of the Mickelson Trail (109 miles), from Deadwood to Edgemont. The Half-Century Ride starts from the Mountain Trailhead near Custer and ends in Edgemont (49 miles). Your registration includes a Mickelson Trail day pass, Big Mick t-shirt and meals & snacks along the route. Riders depart Deadwood (mile 108.8) starting 5-6 a.m. Stops along the route include Mystic, Custer, Minnekahta Junction and Edgemont.
