Join the Mickelson Trail Affiliates on September 12 for a delightful autumn ride with Black Hills Rails to Ales, a leisurely 16-mile journey on the Mickelson Trail from Hill City to Custer. Immerse yourself in stunning fall colors and lush forest scenery along the way. The ride concludes at Mt. Rushmore Brewing Company in Custer, where you can relax and unwind. Savor a delicious meal featuring local flavors and indulge in a selection of locally brewed beers. Exchange your rider wristband for a $25 restaurant credit and a branded 2026 beer glass. The rides departs from Tracy Park in Hill City, 10-11 a.m. Registration will be capped at 60 riders and is available online.
