Delmont Kuchen Festival & Twin Rivers Old Iron Harvest Festival

Delmont's annual Kuchen Festival honors the German pastry 'kuchen', which is also the official state dessert of South Dakota. Kuchen will be available until gone. The Onion House, the Pumphouse Museum and the jail will be open for tours. Other activities include a parade, craft fair, vendors, kids activities and more. The Twin Rivers Old Iron Harvest Festival, 1/4-mile west of Delmont, takes place September 12-13, 2026. Hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. The feature brand for 2026 is Massey-Harris, Massey-Ferguson and any lineage of Massey. Admission is free.
