Levitt at the Falls 2026: Chicken Wire Empire

Chicken Wire Empire is a Wisconsin-based bluegrass band known for their dynamic musicality, thorough arrangements, and true-to-life songwriting. They continuously work to captivate audiences with thoughtful, energetic performances. Their high-level musicality turns up a fresh conversation with each show. Chicken Wire Empire takes to the Levitt stage in Sioux Falls on August 1. This free concert is one of 50 being held at the state-of-the-art Levitt Shell in Falls Park West. During 2026, the free concerts run June 4 through September 12, usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Levitt at the Falls has open, raked-lawn seating (on a first-come, first-served basis). Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. The lawn opens at 6:30 p.m. (food trucks/drink vendors also open) and music starts at 7 p.m.
