Levitt at the Falls 2026: The Fretliners

The Fretliners are a band defined by their songwriting—stories carried by powerful harmonies, dynamic arrangements, and a sound that feels both timeless and new. Their music leans into the tradition of acoustic string instruments but reaches well beyond genre, resonating with listeners through honesty and craft. The Fretliners perfrom on the Levitt stage in Sioux Falls on August 6. This free concert is one of 50 being held at the state-of-the-art Levitt Shell in Falls Park West. During 2026, the free concerts run June 4 through September 12, usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Levitt at the Falls has open, raked-lawn seating (on a first-come, first-served basis). Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. The lawn opens at 6:30 p.m. (food trucks/drink vendors also open) and music starts at 7 p.m.
