Levitt at the Falls 2026: Hot Like Mars

Hot Like Mars is Chicago’s funkiest, most soulful rock band – a jam-funk quintet built on airtight grooves, fearless improvisation, and songs that stay with you long after the house lights come up. Fronted by vocalist/keyboardist Anthony Perry, and featuring guitarists Pat Walsh and Frankie Minella, bassist Lamontè Norwood, and drummer Wes Julien, the band has carved out a fast-rising lane of their own. Hot Like Mars hits the Levitt stage in Sioux Falls on July 24. This free concert is one of 50 being held at the state-of-the-art Levitt Shell in Falls Park West. During 2026, the free concerts run June 4 through September 12, usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Levitt at the Falls has open, raked-lawn seating (on a first-come, first-served basis). Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. The lawn opens at 6:30 p.m. (food trucks/drink vendors also open) and music starts at 7 p.m.
