Levitt at the Falls 2026: Mato Wayuhi & Tia Wood

Mato Wayuhi is an Oglala Lakota artist originally from South Dakota. He works in film and TV both as an actor, producer, and musical composer, as well as writing his own music. Sharing the stage is Tia Wood, whose powerful, soulful voice carries generations of song from her Cree and Coast Salish roots. From Saddle Lake Cree Nation in Alberta to Los Angeles, she followed her heart to pursue her musical dreams. Raised in a home rich with music and culture, Tia began singing as soon as she could talk, inspired by her family and heritage. See Mato and Tia on the Levitt stage in Sioux Falls on August 29. This free concert is one of 50 being held at the state-of-the-art Levitt Shell in Falls Park West. During 2026, the free concerts run June 4 through September 12, usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Levitt at the Falls has open, raked-lawn seating (on a first-come, first-served basis). Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. The lawn opens at 6:30 p.m. (food trucks/drink vendors also open) and music starts at 7 p.m.
