Mount Rushmore Half Marathon

The Mount Rushmore Half Marathon is a race with presidential views. It is a challenging course with lots of gorgeous views of Mount Rushmore and the surrounding Black Hills. The starting line of this uphill, paved course is at Ghost Canyon Getaway near Hermosa, and the finish line is at the Rushmore Borglum Story museum in Keystone. Runners line up at 6:45 a.m. and the race starts at 7 a.m. on Saturday. On Friday, there is a Race Expo at the Baymont by Wyndham from 12-5 p.m. Runner shuttles are available on race day.
