Firehenge

Kadoka(West)

Located along Interstate 90 near the Badlands of South Dakota (off of Exit 152), Firehenge has caught the attention of many travelers. This one-of-a-kind roadside attraction features old firetrucks arranged vertically in a Stonehenge-formation and includes a smoke jumper airplane in the center. The site is designed for everyday moments. Travelers will be able to stop to stretch their legs, walk their dogs (Doghenge, formed from hire hydrants), take photos, or grab a refreshment. Firehenge celebrates creativity, curiosity, and connection — a place to pause, have fun, and experience something unexpected. Hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and subject to change due to inclement weather. Admission is $10 + tax per carload and cash or credit card is accepted.
