The SOUR: A Bakery

Located in downtown Rapid City, The SOUR is a bread bakery serving hand-crafted artisan sourdough. In addition to a variety of sourdough breads, we offer weekly specials, sweet options, and some take & bake, along with coffee drinks and a limited food menu. Menu items change, but we've served acranberry almond chicken salad on a croissant, chicken tikka, breakfast pastry, ice sweet latte, and a kids special of cookies and milk, to name a few. We are open 7 a.m.-2 p.m., Thursday through Sunday
