Cohort Craft Brewery arose from a group of beer minded people over many hours of home brewing, bottle shares and bar napkin math. Our unified goal is simple: Produce the best product possible while providing the most inviting customer experience possible. No short cuts…ever. Join us on the southside of Rapid City in the Town Centre South Plaza. Our hours are 3-9 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 3-10 p.m., Friday; 12-10 p.m., Saturday; and 1-7 p.m., Sunday. Check our Facebook for the last food truck schedule and other specials.
