Piesano’s Pacchia in Rapid City has been proudly serving fresh, authentic Italian pizza since 1993. Over the last 20 years, we have become a favorite among locals throughout the Black Hills and beyond. Our philosophy is fresh. Fresh ingredients, dough that is baked fresh daily and homemade sauces that are made from scratch and simmered slowly for a deep, rich flavor. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with fresh, authentic Italian pizza and cuisine handmade from our own house special recipes. We offer in-house dining, pick-up and delivery. Our hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
