The Bashful Bison Market

The Bashful Bison Market is a one-of-a-kind downtown Rapid City delicatessen that features hot and cold sandwiches named after local communities in the Black Hills area. Our vision is to create a unique culinary experience where patrons not only enjoy their food, but also begin to learn the story of the food. We utilize sustainably-produced products and support the local food system. In addition to our sandwiches, we offer hot dogs with a "jungle" of toppings, pizza made with hand-stretched crust, Indian tacos with braised bison, and salads. Available for purchase is a selection of South Dakota meats, cheeses, honey, jam, BBQ sauce, and other products. We are open 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
