In 2025, Rivage Oak Kitchen opened its doors in downtown Sioux Falls. Founded by Devon and Ashley Giesen, the restaurant was built on a simple goal: to share the rich food traditions of South Dakota through fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared with elegance. Our kitchen highlights unique regional dishes that reflect the culture and flavors of South Dakota. From creative takes on game to modern classics, every plate is made in-house with attention to quality and detail. We focus on local sourcing and recipes that celebrate the state’s heritage. The menu offers options you won’t find anywhere else, prepared with authenticity and creativity that reflect both tradition and innovation. Our hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Sunday.
