Spearfish Canyon Half Marathon & 5K

The annual Spearfish Canyon Half Marathon & 5K is set for Saturday, July 12, starting at 7 a.m. The half marathon road race follows beautiful Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, featuring limestone canyon walls blanketed with coniferous and deciduous trees along Spearfish Creek. The 5K walk/run follows the bike path and the base of Spearfish Canyon. Gather family, friends and co-workers into a team or run yourself to help put a STOP to child abuse and be a HERO for a child. Proceeds benefit Northern Hills CASA. Admission: Participant registration fees start at $35 (register online). There is no fee for spectators.
