Downtown at Sundown is five weeks of sunshine, live music, cold drinks, local food, and a friendly atmosphere in downtown Brookings. Enjoy a family-friendly night out with free admission and free kids' activities. Held July 30, August 6, August 13, August 20 and August 27, 2026, each Thursday night features a different headliner act, while food vendors and retail booths offer a little something for everyone. Bring your friends and bring your family for five nights of pure fun under the sun. Each week kicks off with vendors opening at 5:30 p.m., followed by our headliner band playing at 6 p.m.

Deep Blue Something is an American alternative rock band formed in Denton, TX, in 1993. the band is composed of Todd Pipes, Toby Pipes, Kirk Tatom, Clay Bergus, and John Kirtland. The band is perhaps best known for their hit single “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” The band’s music encompasses a range of styles, including dream-pop, alternative rock, pop, and post-grunge Deep Blue Something appears on the Levitt stage in Sioux Falls on August 14. This free concert is one of 50 being held at the state-of-the-art Levitt Shell in Falls Park West. During 2026, the free concerts run June 4 through September 12, usually on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Levitt at the Falls has open, raked-lawn seating (on a first-come, first-served basis). Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. The lawn opens at 6:30 p.m. (food trucks/drink vendors also open) and music starts at 7 p.m.

Downtown Friday Nights offers live music, food, beer, crafts, and activities for kids. This annual downtown Spearfish block party has everything you need for a fun-filled evening with friends and family. Join us 6-9 p.m. every Friday, June 12 through August 22 (except for August 7). August 14: Nate Botsford performs.

DownTown in MadTown is six weeks of sunshine, live music, cold drinks, good food & a family-friendly atmosphere in downtown Madison. Held six Tuesday nights in July and August - 2026 dates: July 14, July 21, August 4, August 11, August 18 and August 25 - each week features different music acts, themes, food vendors and booth. Kool Deadwood Nites brings car lovers together for six days full of classic cars, classic music and classic fun. It is a 1950s and 1960s sock hop - Deadwood style. There is a parade, a show and shine, the Deadwood Rod Run, a classic car competition, and free concerts on Main Street featuring the biggest names in rock 'n roll history.

Join us for a rockin’ good time at Deadwood's Outlaw Square on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. Free live music starts at 6:30 p.m. each week and features local and regional acts of all styles and genres. Bring your chairs or blankets and grab a good seat for this family-friendly night of music. The 2026 series runs May 27 through September 2 (except for August 12). Camp Comfort is a band based in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Their music is defined by high-energy, entertaining live shows. Bijou Belle & The RathCo is an alt-pop/indie artist from Rapid City, quickly emerging as one of the Midwest’s most exciting young voices.
