At The Lanes in Brookings, we offer 26 high-quality lanes with easy automatic scoring for family, friends, and league bowling. Ten of our lanes are dedicated to spark bowling. In addition to bowling, we have a gaming arcade with the latest arcade games and vintage games, 39 televisions to catch the game, and a restaurant offering appetizers, baskets, pizzas, wings, beverages and beer, including select craft beers. Our hours are 11 a.m.-12 a.m., Sunday through Saturday (our Casino opens and closes earlier and later).

Never thrown and axe or a hatchet before? No problem! Our "Axperts" at JJ's Axes & Ales in Sioux Falls will teach you what you need to know and guide you while you learn the art of axe throwing. Each throwing session includes lessons on technique, rules and safety. You will then be coached along through your experience while you gain confidence. We also sell beer, wine and other beverages (no liquor), but axe throwers will be limited to one beverage per hour prior to throwing. (Ages 14 and up are welcome with direct parental supervision.) Our hours are 4-10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday; 2-10 p.m., Friday; 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday; and 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Sunday.

At Legends in Watertown, we are dedicated to creating a family-friendly haven where guests can revel in a variety of games and activities. At Farm Life Creamery in Ethan, we handcraft small batch artisan cheese, on-farm, using Grade A milk from our family's Holstein herd. You can buy our handcrafted cheese, gift boxes, and cheese trays on-site at our Farm Store; have a tour and learn more about cheesemaking and milk bottling; enjoy fresh rolled ice cream, made as you watch; and experience our friendly farm animals, petting zoo, and 18-hole miniature golf.
