CUSTER STATE PARK BUFFALO ROUNDUP PHOTO ESSAY

Feel the ground rumble. See the dust fly. Relish the spectacle as one of the last great traditions of the Old West unfolds before your very eyes. It’s the Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup, an annual festival held every fall in Custer State Park where spectators can watch cowboys and cowgirls as they roundup and drive the herd of approximately 1,300 buffalo.
