Yankton's Tastee Treet Drive-In is a good old-fashioned drive-in restaurant with great food, ice cream treats, shakes, and malts. You can dine in, take out, or enjoy car-side service. Seasonal hours are 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.

At the Branding Iron Bistro in Pierre, we offer a full espresso bar and homemade bakery items, along with a breakfast and lunch menu. We have daily lunch specials and we're known for our caramels rolls. Check out our chocolate confections, our selection of hard ice cream, and the items we have for sale, including coffees, olive oils and seasonings. We are open 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday; 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday; and 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Sunday.

The Black Steer is a long-standing steakhouse in Yankton. It is a nice restaurant that serves a mean steak. The Black Steer's hours are 5-10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. 

Opened in 1959, Charlie’s Pizza House in Yankton is the oldest pizza house in South Dakota. We serve one-of-a-kind pizzas, wings, garlic and cheese bread, salads, and local beer. The Boat House in Yankton's Meridian District offers the most fun you can have on land. It is a lively place by the river with axe throwing, golf simulation, shuffleboard, pool and other fun and games. You can enjoy one of the best selections of craft beer (featuring local brews) and wine in the area, along with pizza and other snacks. Our hours are 5-10:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday; 12-10:30 p.m., Saturday; and 12-6 p.m., Sunday.

For nearly 20 years, La Minestra has been delighting diners in the capital city with fine cuisine in a casual setting. Our family-owned and -operated Italian restaurant serves up homemade pastas, New York-style pizzas, steaks and seafood. We are open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-9 p.m., and on Saturday, 5-9 p.m.
