Located in downtown Spearfish, Leones' Creamery is family-owned and -operated. Leone is a family name, meaning "lion" in Italian, and is the inspiration for our logo. Our business operates out of Old City Hall, a beautiful sandstone building. Originally, the space that Leones' Creamery occupies was used to store and wash city vehicles; today we serve up delicious and unique hand-crafted ice cream behind those same doors. We are open 12 noon- 10 p.m., Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday).
Levee Street Steak & Lounge is a cozy place facing the Missouri River with a simple steak menu, wine, beer, full bar and large patio. Levitt at the Falls is a state-of-the-art outdoor music venue in Falls Park West adjacent to Phillips to the Falls. Yankton's Lewis & Clark Marina is located on the
majestic 25-mile Lewis and Clark Lake. The marina, near Gavins Point Dam, is the largest marina within 400 miles. We have slips,
fueling, boat rentals, a full marine service department and a
convenience store. Our rental services include pontoons, power boats, swim mats and tow tubes. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided with rentals.
The Lewis & Clark Resort near Yankton along the Missouri River offers 24 modern motel rooms, 17 modern two- and three-bedroom cabins, and a 4,000-square-foot lodge with a 1,800-square-foot great room. Take advantage of the bike trail, feel free to bring your own bike or rent one here. There is a heated outdoor pool, a playground, firepits and two large picnic shelters. There are outdoor games to rent (volleyball, croquet, bean bags, boche ball), as well as a DVD player for those unexpected rainy days. The resort is within walking distance of the marina, restaurant and a sandy beach. We are open from May until November.
After Custer State Park on the western side of South Dakota, this park in the southeastern corner is the second-most visited in the state. The center of activity for the Lewis and Clark Recreation Area is the 25-mile Lewis and Clark Lake. The lake is one of four large reservoirs on the Missouri River in South Dakota, this one created by Gavins Point Dam. Water recreation is the number one attraction, but there are also opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, disc golf, horseshoes and birding.
Rapid City's own Pumpkin Patch! At Lil Harvester's Pumpkin Patch, you will find a variety of colorful pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, and corn stalks. In addition, we offer pony parties with rides in a pony ring, birthday parties, campfire parties, corporate events, weddings and receptions, and a seasonal farmer's market (mid-June through frost). Current hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Wednesday; 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday.

Little Elk Homestead has welcomed pilgrims into its cozy embrace since 1882! Enjoy the historic ambiance of this hewed-log hideaway of pine forest, cliffs and trout brook in Little Elk Canyon near Piedmont. The Homestead is a three-bedroom house that sleeps eight people in six beds. Amenities include a tub-shower bathroom with washer and dryer; a kitchen with a range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and utensils; gas grill and picnic table; and living room with satellite TV and wood stove.
This prairie oasis in north-central South Dakota is home to an abundance of animals and plants. Be on the lookout for red foxes, bobcats and coyotes. Bird species include wild turkeys, sharptail grouse, gray partridge, pheasants, and snowy and great-horned owls. In the winter, bald and golden eagles are often spotted. Located near the Little Moreau River, the park offers five, non-electric campsites, a boat ramp and a picnic shelter.
