The Grand River Museum in Lemmon has a large amount of actual dinosaur fossils from the northwestern part of South Dakota. Our exhibits feature Ranching, Dinosaur Fossils, Native American History, Hugh Glass and more. Stop in for a quick visit, or longer. Be sure to check out the gift shop. The Grant County Historical Museum, a 1906 Carnegie Library on the National Register of Historic Places, is operated by the Grant County Historical Society. It is open 2-5 p.m. on Sundays, Memorial Day-Labor Day (late-May through early-September), and by appointment. The Society also operates the Historical House and Country School, First Congregational Church and the Dolan-Justice Memorial Museum, all in Milbank; and the Agricultural and Tractor Museums and The Brown Earth Church, Stockholm.Great Bear Recreation Park
