Oscar Howe's Mobridge Murals
Painted by famous Native American artist Oscar Howe in 1942, with the help of a two-week furlough from the federal government, the ten life-sized murals that grace the walls of the Mobridge Auditorium never fail to inspire visitors. The Auditorium is on the National Register of Historic Places as a WPA project from 1939. Free tours are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., via the Mobridge Area Chamber of Commerce in the on-site Visitor's Center and by appointment on the weekends.Our Farm
Our Farm is a seasonal pumpkin patch, corn maze, petting zoo, and fun family attraction located near Parker. We also have a pedal track, multiple slides, a hay bale mountain, gourd launchers, zip lines, a corn pit and concessions for a day of fun. We are open 12-6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in September and October. Admission is $10 for kids (over 2 years of age) and $5 for adults. Admission includes everything except pick-your-own pumpkins, gourd launchers and concessions.Our Savior's Lutheran Church
Our Savior's Lutheran Church is a unique building built out of local split field rock. It lies in the James River Valley and is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. Norwegian settlers came together in the 1870's to build a place of worship. A few years later some people split off to build another small church. In the 1930's these two churches came together to make plans to build the current rock structure. Check out it's history or join it's members for worship.Outlaw Square
