Parker's Bistro is a quaint, 100-seat restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. The food that Parker's produces is made from scratch in-house. We strive to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the weekly fish special. We also have an extensive wine and beer list and a full bar. We are open 4:30-9 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, and 4:30-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday. Located on the second floor of the Kirby Science Discovery Center in the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls, Parlour Ice Cream House features gourmet ice cream, fresh popcorn, candy and cold beverages. Flavors change on a rotating basis and often feature one or more of the performances taking place elsewhere in the Washington Pavilion. Pathways Spiritual Sanctuary near Lead in the northern Black Hills is a quiet, safe, sacred place where visitors can spend time walking, sitting, contemplating, reading, writing, reflecting, or healing in the natural landscape of the sacred Black Hills of South Dakota. It is also home to the Seven Sacred Horses, seven wild horses that are seen as symbols of unity and healing for the seven Lakota nations. The Sanctuary is open daily, 8 a.m. to dusk, from mid-May to the end of October.

Occupying nearly a full city block in Lemmon, the Petrified Wood Park & Museum is a curiosity that will pique an interest in both geology and architecture. With towers up to 20 feet tall, a castle comprised of petrified wood, and petrified dinosaur and mammoth bones, the petrified wood park will be a topic of family discussion for years to come. The park also features a gift shop that is open from Memorial Day (late May) until Labor Day (early September).
Tour the elegant 1889 Queen Anne-style home of South Dakota's first U.S. Senator, Richard Pettigrew. Take a guided tour of the historic home, or browse the museum galleries and discover the Sioux Falls of the late 1800s. The Pettigrew Home and Museum is a Siouxland Heritage Museum (along with the Old Courthouse Museum). Our summer hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 12-5 p.m., Sunday (May 1 through September 30), and our winter hours are 12-5 p.m., Monday through Sunday (October 1 through April 30). We are closed on major holidays. Admission is free.

The Pheasant Drive-In was built at it’s current location in northeastern Mobridge in 1960. Ron Maier, the current owner, has been running the Drive-In since 1976. Movies are shown May through September, with the schedule being posted on our website or Facebook page. Be sure to check out our concession stand for popcorn, soda, snow cones and candy, as well as hot dogs, nachos and homemade barbecues.
