Best know as a hub of creativity, with live music, film, an art gallery, DJs and karaoke, dances and theme parties, writing projects, a knitting club and more under its roof, the Red Rooster overflows with arts and culture. We are open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
RedRossa Italian Grille in Pierre offers an extensive selection of house-made pasta and Neapolitan pizza, flavorful salads, seafood, hand-cut steaks and desserts. Neapolitan pizzas are cooked to order on a homemade, hand-tossed crust and wood-fired, capturing the flavor of RedRossa. A thoughtful wine list and cocktails are served in the dining room and spacious, lively bar. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The attached ClubHouse Hotel offers banquet and conference facilities.
