Tucker's Walk is named for Tucker, a very special Afghan Hound. On daily walks to every corner of the farm, Tucker taught us to enjoy sitting and looking. The dream of a vineyard was hatched during these walks. The grape varieties we have selected are the ones that like living in our soils and climate. Two Cows Creamery is located in the southern Black Hills in the town of Hot Springs. We source our milk and cream directly from Stensland Family Farms, where our proprietary formula is followed to make our super premium Two Cows base ice cream mix. The ingredients are simple – cream, milk, organic sugar and a natural food stabilizer. When making our flavors, we do not use artificial flavors or colors; everything you eat is wholesome real food. We offer handcrafted ice cream, gelato and sorbet, as well as soups, sandwiches, burgers, pot pie, quiche and salads.
