Aberdeen's Capitol Theatre is a 450-seat, renovated 1926 vaudeville/movie house on historic Main Street. Along with the Aberdeen Community Theater's live theater season between March and November, ACT’s Capitol Cinema programming features Hollywood films seven nights a week throughout the year and an art gallery in the main lobby. For more than 40 years, ACT and its Young People’s Theatre have been providing quality, award-winning productions for the Aberdeen area. Caputa Alpacas is a free, family-friendly attraction minutes east of Rapid City. We are the only Alpaca farm in western South Dakota. We offer a fun and educational experience for the entire family. You can visit us year-round, seven days a week, but please call ahead for hours.

Our conference center offers great views of the Missouri River along with a catering kitchen, bar, dance floor and ample parking for buses. Museum displays include a horse wagon, a 40-foot western mural, three large bronze statues, film biographies and more. During the summer, we are open seven days a week (closed Mondays, September-May).

The Cattleman's Club steakhouse was established in 1986 by Myril Arch, a rancher from the Pierre area. There is still sawdust on the floor, a reminder of the days when carpeting was too expensive. People from all over the world have visited us and enjoyed our steaks, prime rib and burgers. All with a great view of the Missouri River. We are open Monday through Saturday, 5-10 p.m.

Located in southwestern South Dakota, just 70 miles east of Rapid City, Cedar Pass Lodge & Restaurant is next to the Ben Reifel Visitor Center in Badlands National Park. We offer cabins, tent and RV sites, group camp sites, a restaurant and a gift shop. Our restaurant provides a variety of locally- and regionally-sourced dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We make our own fry bread each day for our Sioux Indian Tacos. We are open seasonally, April 15-October 31.
