Vermillion is located in the southeastern corner of South Dakota near the intersection of Interstate 29 and South Dakota Highway 50. It lies atop a bluff along the last natural stretch of the beautiful and pristine Missouri River. Founded in 1859, Vermillion is a community known throughout the region for its friendliness, its historical significance, its beautiful setting, its area attractions and its educational resources. Various recreational activities abound, including bike paths, four city parks, an 18-hole golf course and much more. You’re not just renting a vehicle from Vern Eide Auto Rentals, you’re renting peace of mind because our vehicles are factory serviced and are under factory warranty. By renting through Vern Eide Auto Rentals in Sioux Falls, you can avoid long lines and receive a friendly and personal rental experience. Standard rentals come with 300 miles per day, but you have the option of choosing unlimited mileage for an additional price per day (based on the class of vehicle). Our drop off experience is also convenient, with customers having the option to drop their rental vehicle off when it fits their schedule, even if it’s after our normal hours of operation. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our hours are 4 p.m.-12 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 4 p.m.-2 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

At the Vinyl Social Club in Sioux Falls you can have a ball and do it all. We are a place where you can eat, drink, dance and play. We offer great Mexican food, cocktails and beers, a dance floor, Duckpin bowling, shuffleboard, skee-ball, vintage video games, ping pong, beer pong and more. (Must be 21 to enter.) Our hours are 4 p.m.-2 a.m., Wednesday and Thursday, and 12 p.m.-2 a.m., Friday and Saturday. 

Vinyl Taco

Vinyl Taco in Sioux Falls offers fresh Mexican street food, cervezas, margaritas and signature cocktails served in a vibrant, music-themed space playing vinyl records. (Must be 21 to enter.) We are open Monday through Saturday and our hours are 11 a.m.-12 a.m.
