Ace Motel is on the northern edge of the beautiful Black Hills in the town of Belle Fourche. Our 15-unit motel is second generation owned and operated. Our common grounds consist of a grassy area, outdoor seating, park benches, picnic table, hammocks and shaded areas. Ice is available in the office. We are located one block east of Highway 85 and three blocks south of Highway 212 (northeast corner of Custer Street and 6th Avenue). We are within walking distance of downtown and are open 24 hours.
Ace’s RV Park in Gregory provides each of our guests with a full hook-up, pull-through RV site and service, including water, sewer, electric (50 amps and 60 amps) and garbage on-site. An RV dumping station is available for use while visiting the park. A laundry and car wash are located next door. Reservations can be made by calling any time, day or night.
Acme Bicycles is a full service bike shop in Rapid City in the heart of the Black Hills. We sell many different brands, including Kona, Santa Cruz, Salsa, Transition and many others. Our staff is trained and offers high-quality service. We are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. (we are closed on Sunday). Spanning 1,500 acres along the Missouri River in the very southeastern part of the state, this area was donated to the people of South Dakota by Mary and Maud Adams, granddaughters of original homesteader Stephen Searls Adams. They saw the area as a place where people, particularly youth, could enjoy the land and learn more about the natural world surrounding them. There is a visitor center, restored historical buildings, interpretive exhibits, cross country ski rentals and 10 miles of trails.
The Black Hills' oldest history museum explores Deadwood's past and larger-than-life legends. Located in downtown Deadwood, the facility preserves and displays the history of the Black Hills. The museum's summer hours are Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (see website for off-season hours). It's sister museums are the Historic Adams House, the Days of '76 Museum and the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center.

Located in Stockholm and operated by the Grant County Historical Society, the Agricultural and Tractor Museums contain an outstanding collection of machinery, tools and vehicles used by pioneers. Also included are an early-day depot, farm repair shop, country kitchen with original furnishings, and a linotype printsetter. There is also an open-sided building with early farm machinery, jail cells and an 1879 claim shanty. The museums are open 2-5 p.m. on Sundays, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Akta Lakota Museum, located on the campus of St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, is more than a traditional museum; it is an experience that provides visitors with a living lesson on the Native American way of life, both past and present. Visitors benefit from a mini-theater, interactive displays, English-Lakota descriptions, an outdoor Medicine Wheel Garden and a gift shop featuring a unique selection of Native American-made products. The museum is open year-round. Admission is free.
