Established in 1999, Dempsey’s is Watertown's most unique dining experience. Owner Sean Dempsey is the state’s only certified Pizzaioli, certified in California. We feature a double-decker New York brick oven and 24-48 cold rise dough. We also have a European-style full menu, with steaks, burgers, pasta and more, and our brewery has five flagship brews and a rotating seasonal. We are the second oldest brewery in South Dakota.
