My XO Adventures travel creations are for those with curiosity, adventure and culture at the front of mind. We're based in Rapid City and operate private, guided tours throughout the Black Hills of South Dakota. Highlights of our tour offerings include Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, Badlands National Park, and Wall Drug, to name a few. Our adventures are created from personal experience and a sincere desire to please our guests. Myrtle's Fur Vault & Bar is an upscale but casual full-service bar located in downtown Sioux Falls. Myrtle's is connected to and is an expansion of Parker's Bistro (Parker and Myrtle were husband and wife) and, in along with the bar, it includes additional dining space for the restaurant. Our hours are 4:30 p.m.-12 midnight, Tuesday through Saturday.
Enjoy the Black Hills back country by staying at Mystic Hills Hideaway near Deadwood and riding your ATV or snowmobile right from the front steps of your cabin or camper. You can explore hidden valleys, amazing panoramic views, quaint towns and gold claims right from your cabin or camp site. We are open year-round and summer-long RV parking is welcome.
Founded in 1973 on the campus of The University of South Dakota in Vermillion, the National Music Museum (NMM) is one of the great institutions of its kind in the world. Its renowned collections feature fine and historic instruments from many cultures and historical periods. Spanning hundreds of years, the NMM’s 15,000+ instruments range from priceless Italian violins to celebrity guitars, from organs to orchestrion, from harps to harpsichords, from dombaks to didgeridoos, from Les Paul to Sgt. Pepper, from Stradivari to Elvis. NMM hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 12-4 p.m., Saturday. General admission for adults is $10, admission for children up to 18 is $5, and admission for seniors (65+), AAA members and military/first responders is $8.
Located in the shadow of Mount Rushmore in the historic town of Keystone, the National Presidential Wax Museum is an impressive highlight on any traveler's itinerary. Featuring the works of world-famous wax artist Katherine Stubergh, the museum displays more than 100 life-sized wax sculptures of some of the most iconic figures in American history. We are open seven days per week. From August 17-October 31, 2020, we are open 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Nedved Guide Service is a family-owned and -operated business, offering premium pheasant hunts in central South Dakota for more than 30 years. We have access to more than 2,000 acres of quality habitat, established and maintained specifically to promote a natural pheasant hatch with an outstanding wild bird retention rate. Our visitors have the opportunity to shoot an abundance of birds while hunting such areas as tree belts, CRP, natural native grasses, and various crop land including fields of corn and sorghum. We offer two lodging options, the Old 16 Lodge and The Bunkhouse. We will accommodate any size group from 2-20 hunters. We will never combine your hunting group with another party without your permission.

Imagine escaping to a real log cabin that is quiet and secluded, but only one-half mile from Hill City's Main Street. We are close to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and many other Black Hills attractions. Before a day of sightseeing, linger over a cup of coffee in the morning as whitetail deer graze in the meadow. After a day of touring, curl up by a fireplace reading a book or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. Newton Fork Ranch offers eight, fully-furnished cabins that are available year-round.
Newton Hills hosts many activities during the summer season. Each program is geared for families with young children and will expose participants to the natural and cultural features of the park. More than 200 species of birds visit the area each year. White-tailed deer, wild turkeys, marmots, rabbits, red and gray fox and squirrels are also found within the park. There are 128 campsites, eight cabins and 10 horse camp sites.
