The Barefoot Resort is located across the street from Terry Peak Ski Area near Lead. It offers deluxe one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, plus a four-bedroom cabin. Nestled on 80 acres in the Black Hills, Battle Creek Camping Resort, is located off Highway 40 and Battle Creek Road. We are approximately five miles west of the town of Hermosa (which is about 17 miles straight south of Rapid City). Our resort is open year-round and provides fully-stocked, unique camping options to pick from. Currently, all of our 120 RV sites are boondocks option only (no water or septic hookups), while under construction. Pull-through and back-up sites are 100-foot pads. Our glampground has lodges, domes, bell and wall tents and one-of-a-kind tents which are equipped with the necessary amenities.
