The first cave to be designated a national park, Wind Cave features the world's largest concentration of rare boxwork formations below ground and a 33,970-acre wildlife sanctuary on the surface. The cave is one of the longest and most complex caves in the world. Located in the southern Black Hills near Hot Springs, the park is home to bison, elk, and other wildlife that roam the rolling prairie grasslands and forested hillsides. Activities include hiking, bird watching, wildlife viewing, backcountry camping, Junior Ranger programs, and cave tours. Tour tickets may be purchased online in advance. Windcross Spanish Mustang Preserve
Located near Hot Springs, the Windcross Spanish Mustang Preserve is one of the only surviving foundation Spanish Mustang herds in America. We have established and maintain a small preservation herd of these endangered horses. We offer 45-60-minute guided walking tours amongst the herd (It is a very hands-on experience). We are open to the public year-round. Winter tours are by appointment. Bus and large tour groups are welcome. Our hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday.The Windsor Block

Winner Drive-In
The Winner Drive-In opened in 1950 and is one of the few outdoor theaters which is still in operation in South Dakota. Movies are shown Fridays through Mondays, May through August. The movie currently showing can be found on our Facebook page. Be sure to check out our concession stand and playground area.
