Rapid City's Pistachio Pie Bakery is a full scratch pie shop, meaning that everything we offer is made completely from scratch, with fresh ingredients and baked fresh daily. We have 11 flavors of pie that we offer year-round, in addition to some seasonal flavors as well. Other desserts we offer are cookies, french macarons, hand pies, and a wide variety of cheesecakes. Pizza King became the first pizza restaurant in Brookings in 1961. Over the years, Pizza King's original recipe has become a favorite among many. It's the pizza "Brookings grew up on." We offer dine-in, carry-out and free local delivery. We are cash only. Our menu includes daily specials, build-your-own pizzas, garlic cheese bread and specialty pizzas. We are open seven days per week and our hours are 4-10 p.m. (Monday through Sunday).
