Get your “yee’s” and your “haw’s” ready for the annual Wild West Wednesdays Rodeo series on the grounds of Hart Ranch Camping Resort just south of Rapid City. Building upon our western heritage, that John Harrison Hart started so long ago, we’re pleased to offer action-packed, world-class rodeos at Hart Ranch. Join us every Wednesday night, June 25-August 13, 2025. Watch cowboys take on events like Saddle Bronc, Bareback, and Bull Riding and cowgirls show off their speed on the Barrels. Come early for some pre-rodeo treats, food trucks, beer garden and live entertainment, all starting at 5 p.m. The rodeo action starts at 7 p.m. Tickets may be purchased online. Enjoy wine tasting in downtown Aberdeen! As you make your way from one stop to the next you’ll also find lots of great deals from our downtown businesses. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to pair two of the best things in life – shopping and drinking. You’ll also get to enjoy music and art as part of your walk. Your ticket includes a souvenir sampling wine glass, sample wine tasting at ten participating locations, and discounts and treats at various stores. Deadwood’s finest businesses will once again serve up samples of select fine wines, pleasing cheeses, and sweet chocolates to ticket holders. This yearly event runs 1-5 p.m., with registration from 12 noon-3 p.m. Your ticket will get you tastings at all participating locations along with a commemorative Reidel wine glass. Registrations are limited to 300 people so buy early and don’t miss out on great times in Deadwood this winter. Must be 21+ to participate and must show photo ID at registration.
