Begin your journey in Sioux Falls, South Dakota’s largest city, which combines charming cultural sites with a welcoming, small-town atmosphere. With more than 500 restaurants, countless shops and quaint attractions like Falls Park, Sioux Falls is a perfect first stop for many I-90 road trips. Heading west, stop in Mitchell, home to the iconic World’s Only Corn Palace, a one-of-a-kind landmark featuring murals made from real corn. Farther west, discover Chamberlain, where Interstate 90 meets the Missouri River. This scenic town offers stunning views and cultural immersion with the Aktá Lakota Museum, which features artwork and artifacts from Indigenous culture.
